Chapter 4

By Sue Parrish

April 21st

Encouraged by the fact that the lovely Rachel W and Catherine F have enjoyed two independent sunny runs to retain their running skill sets – I set out with a set route and challenge in mind…..

Another sunny :sunglasses: run fairly early at 10:00am past Bridge Garage and up to Maddy Woods, only one runner :man-running:passed me. Fabulous brilliant blue skies above and a welcome slight breeze, I was on a mission to “Hit the Hill!:muscle:

I “smashed the hill” without stopping and not looking at the top either – as this hill was Ominous!! This result was encouraging for me :+1::skin-tone-2::star2:Here are some of the idyllic Shrewton scenes I enjoyed this morning. It was a pleasure to gain some “running normality” back and leave the “hurly burly” at home.  I ended up on Chitterne Main Road glad, I had high viz on there!

Trying to avoid electric fences, was a little lost, but a fine run was had! Feel refreshed now. Be safe and make an early run for yourselves if you can.  Highly recommended :+1::skin-tone-2::sunglasses::sun_with_face:

We love this Sue… Keep up the good work
