Our C25k course is designed to suit everyone and is proven to be successful whether you are new to running, returning to running, or simply wanting a new level of fitness.
It’s a great way to burn some calories and open the door to a healthier and happy life.

Why wouldn’t you want to spend having eight weeks of Run-Fun with us? Our C25k course is followed by your graduation and a celebration at Salisbury Parkrun.
