Return to running

After recent advice from England athletics we are now in a position to return to running.

We will be following Government, PHE and England athletics guidance for phase 2, of a restricted return.

  • A coach/run leader and up to 5 athletes or runners can train together provided they maintain social distancing i.e. 2m apart if from a different household

We understand you may have lost some fitness during the lock down period and are offering a variety of sessions to suit your needs.

Please contact us to organise a guided session from one of our Run Leaders.
