Run-Fun Month – (Jan/Dec)**

For Run-Fun Christmas we begin to slow down as events dry up, and we all get ready for a well earned off season. It may not be possible to hold our usual training nights and your run leaders may organise a variety of alternative activities that are safe and fun to do in the dark winter nights. These may include Fartleks, On-tour runs & Indian Files.

After Christmas we will reboot our calendar and start off 2022 with the very popular

” Resolution 5k Dash”**
