Training Calendar

Every Wednesday we are offering a training session and a run.

The training sessions will be programmed by your run leaders in blocks of 6 sessions followed by a ‘How Well Am I Doing?’ session.

June training sessions are planned to be a little different and based on the rec field (unless stated).

  • 5th – Nick organising a fun session (not on rec as cricket match taking place)
  • 12th – Ladder Balls by Karen
  • 19th – Beep test by Kevin
  • 26th – TBA by Carl & Charlotte

RPE (rate of percieved exertion) is a subjective measure of your effort in a run or session. A good 1-10 scale is found at British Cycling.
