Training Calendar

Starting 2nd January 2019 we are running a training session and a run every Wednesday.

The training sessions will be programmed in blocks of 6 sessions followed by a ‘How Well Am I Doing?’ session.

RPE (rate of percieved exertion) is a subjective measure of your effort in a run or session. A good 1-10 scale is found at British Cycling.
