Shrewton Running Club were planning to trial this course in July.
You can all have it for free.
Its aimed at any level of runner, just stick to your own Rate of Perceived Exersion (RPE) (How much you are puffing and panting. Just get out there, and keep smiling.
The club run day could be virtual? Strava or Garmin perhaps… Hopefully in 8 weeks time we will all be back at Parkrun? If not, make that one a virtual run too?
