To be fair, mostly we stayed at home in front of a fan eating ice cream.
Some shortened the warm up. Some chose an easy “Shady” quick one…. Some wore a cap…. Most chose loose, breathable garments.
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your run. Don’t wait until just before. It will just swish around and make you uncomfortable.
Think about upping your hydration when you are not training. Consider Electrolyte supplements. Make it a habit – Train smart – Be “Awesome”
