Members of Shrewton RC recently helped open a new fitness trail at Shrewton Recreation Ground.
The fitness trail was conceived and implemented by the Recreation Ground Committee for use by the whole community. Shrewton RC were asked to demo some of the pieces of the equipment on the recent opening day.
Shrewton RC will definitely be using the equipment as part of their training sessions going forward. Why not join us and see for yourself?
